D'Geyrald

D'Geyrald gained success as the leader of now defunct French boy band G-Squad for two years before going solo in 1997. Since then his career has taken him and his talent in many directions; from releasing successfully his first solo single 'Chaque Jour', his albums 'Chaque Saison' and in 2002 'C mon seul espoir', to hosting TV shows such as 'Le CD du Jour' on cable channel Pink TV and 'Mes Zik d'Afrik' for Afrik.com, to poetry and more recently launching his already successful fine artist career (with exhibition soundtrack provided by Soulem).

Mathieu Karsenti and D'Geyrald are currently working closely together on his forthcoming album: a mix of raw, heartfelt emotions and thoughts, on an acoustic soundscape and Pop ballads.

QBOY

Half-English, Half-Spanish rapper QBoy is one of the leading talented faces emerging from the new Urban music scene. From editor of 'gayhiphop.com', DJ and co-promoter of gay hip-hop club 'Pac-Man' to being one of the founding members of the UK homo-hop collective 'QFam', he has carved his career in the music world whilst managing key events such as PeaceOUT UK in Europe and London.

Soulem have produced QBoy's unique signature track 'Q.B.O.Y', 'Moxie' and 'Shy' for his forthcoming album as well as providing remixes and backing track editing for his performances around the world.

Katanya

Katanya's journey started at 17 when she was part of an all-girl R'n'B quartet called Quadrika. Since then she has performed and honed her skills as part of the acoustic duo Oista and more recently working on her solo career.

Katanya's unique vocal and songwriting talent and experience attracted Soulem Productions from the start.

Together, we worked on developing her already catchy Soulful songs ('Father' which is getting airplay on Channel U, club track 'Hot' and 'Retract' jazz mix), and providing the backbone for her forthcoming debut album.

Georgeyo

Producer Georgeyo has been musically involved with various artists and projects over the last 12 years. His unique production skills demonstrate a fusion of Urban, Jazz, Hip Hop, Electronica and Trip Hop: his double-sider 'Everytime'/'Prying Eyes' has gained him widespread acclaim and respect on the nu-Soul DJ scene.

Georgeyo and singer Natasha Stark have gathered forces on their Stark project to create a very personal and intimate universe in songs. Soulem is engineering closely with Stark to develop their unique sound, appropriate for the project; using modern recording techniques whilst sounding warm and analog.
